In response to the COVID crisis, Dell needed to redesign their long-running, in-person Forum for the virtual space.

We developed a gamification strategy to keep participants entertained and engaged with the content via Q&As, quizzes, and real-time polls. Participants could also customize their agenda by choosing from dozens of live sessions, on-demand videos, and plenary sessions or from several preset program schedules.
